Greenville Revitalization is seeking a part-time (20 hours a week) office assistant to help with various tasks, including answering the phone, greeting guests, developing contacts, working with the media and press, managing the website, assisting with the newsletter, scheduling speaking engagements, fundraising, handling paperwork and managing an intern. Our ideal candidate is passionate about Greenville County, South Carolina and the mission that GRC was made to serve: connecting people, property and possibility to create jobs and renew the communities that were the heart of the Textile Crescent.
Speaking: You are the face of our company! We are seeking someone who is enthusiastic about speaking with others and actively listening.
Technology: Must be comfortable using WordPress, MailChimp, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and email.
Writing: You may be expected to write blog posts or press releases.
Coordination: Must be organized and able to manage time effectively.
Education: High School Graduate or higher.
Experience: All considered.
